2003年、サンクトペテルブルクのエルミタージュ美術館は、サンクトペテルブルクの市制300周年を記念し、サイ・トゥオンブリーの75歳の誕生日に合わせた展覧会を開催しました。
これはトゥオンブリーの50年間の紙上作品のコレクションを展示するもので、この本はそのカタログとして出版された作品集。
1970年代のミニマリズムの形式的制約の採用から
1980年代の鮮やかな色彩の受容まで、作品の変化を堪能できます。

テキストは大きめの文字で、少しクラッシックな雰囲気でゆったり掲載されています。
トゥオンブリーの作品も美しいのはもちろんですが、全体的に品格を感じさせる一冊。
